Mr. Bass has over 20 years of senior executive leadership in managed health care organizations and healthcare delivery systems serving persons receiving care due to poverty, disability or age including: • President of a multi-service (Behavioral, Human, Dental and Vision) healthcare division within a Fortune 300 company with over 6,500 employees in 25 states • President of a Texas Medicaid/Medicare health plan with revenues of $2.5 Billion serving 275,000 poor, aged, blind and disabled recipients • President of a Michigan Medicaid/Medicare health plan unit serving 225,000 Medicaid and Medicare recipients • Regional Vice President of Medicaid operations overseeing multiple health plans in the western half of the United States • Multiple positions with a leading Medicaid Managed Care company developing new health plans (NY, SC, GA) as well as managing health plans in Maryland and Georgia

Mrs. Kennedy has over 30 years of experience in Eldercare services through executive leadership and business ownership in the U.S. and Australia. Career highlights include: • Golden Heart Senior Care Area Rep and Franchise Partner-Owner in Sun City, AZ. • Development of residential and community eldercare enterprises resulting in debt-free capital assets of over $20M, with annual revenues of $7M. • Administrator/Regional Director of three assisted living facilities, independent living units, and five community care programs (medical and non-medical). • Implemented Aging-in-Place program, converting two Assisted Living Facilities into Skilled Nursing services. • Piloted five community care programs, serving over 5,000 seniors and people with disability. • Piloted first Memory Care Group Homes in Queensland, Australia. • Developed a new initiative, Export of Care, leading Eldercare Seminars for healthcare students in China and Japan, as a guest of their respective governments.
